This is a casual handloom cotton dress. It comes with a cotton belt in matching colour and design. The indigo hue in this apparel is due to "Dabu" fabric which is used to craft this apparel.
Dabu is a distinctive and ancient textile art form hailing from Rajasthan, India. Rooted in tradition, it involves a complex process of mud-resist dyeing, creating intricate and earthy patterns on fabric. The name "Dabu" itself derives from the Hindi word "dabaana," meaning to press, a reference to the technique of applying the mud resist.
This product uses Natural Dyes which are non-toxic, skin-friendly, durable, biodegradable and eco-friendly. Due to the nature of the dye, it’s natural for it to lose some color while washing; however that does not affect the vibrancy of the product.
