We’re excited to announce Autumn Fair 2024’s partnership with ACID. This year, Anti Copying In Design (ACID), The Intellectual Property (IP) membership organisation for designers, manufacturers and creatives, will return to Autumn Fair from the 1st - 4th of September.
As a long-time partner of Autumn Fair, ACID have attended the show for many years, providing hundreds of IP clinics for our exhibitors and buyers. They also actively support Autumn Fair’s mediation protocol and manage any IP issues.
Before exhibiting at a trade show, you may have questions regarding IP and copyright issues. To help answer these questions ACID is hosting a live webinar on the 28th of August for returning and first-time Autumn Fair exhibitors.
ACID’s Legal Affiliate, McDaniels Law will share need-to-know information about exhibitions, IP rights, the difference between items you’ve designed, and items bought ‘off the shelf’ and advise on what to do when copying issues arise.
