At Spring & Autumn Fair, we are committed to celebrating and empowering the incredible women shaping the retail industry. Through 2024 and into 2025, we strengthened this commitment by partnering with Digital Women and a network of industry experts to provide valuable insights and practical strategies for retailers. As part of this partnership, we hosted a dynamic stage session at Women in Retail Day at Spring Fair, where female leaders from Digital Women shared expert-led discussions on the digital trends shaping the future of retail.
