Small changes. Big differences.

What is Power of One®?

Launched in 2018, the Power of One® campaign empowers retailers and consumers to take small steps to change the world, no matter how large or small. From checking on staff wellbeing, to making sustainable changes at our own show, and motivating others to become more conscious, we’re changing the future of retail. Here are our three pledges for 2023.

Reuse, repair and recycle
to reduce waste.

Reduce reliance on
single-use paper and plastic.

Check on the wellbeing
of team members.

Power of One® at the show

Small changes

We’ve made it easy for everyone to contribute to Power of One® by making small changes at the show. All visitor badge holders are now made of paper, so they can be recycled along with your badges in the bins provided at the hall entrances. We’ve also placed refillable water stations at each hall entrance so you can bring your own bottles and reduce the amount of plastic bought.

Sustainability Trail

The Sustainability Trail puts the spotlight on suppliers going the extra mile to ensure a more sustainable and ethical future; from sourcing materials and manufacturing to the final product and packaging. It’s important to highlight these conscious suppliers, so we’ve ensured they can be easily identified using the sustainability filter on the exhibitor list and with the green leaf icon on their stand at the show.
