Merchandising Masterclasses 

We hosted masterclasses with visual merchandising consultant,  Debbie Flowerday! She presented exciting live window dressing installations and engaging Q&A sessions on these exciting themes: Pyramid dressing, repetition and grouping. 

Ambience Clinic

Stephen Spencer + Associates are offered all visitors the opportunity to meet with an expert to discuss one of nine topics to help maximise revenue from your visitor experience. Buyers came away with three immediate actions to improve productivity and return investment in their organisation. 

Sloe Down & Unwind Tasting Sessions 

In partnership with Nigel Ferrier, Mixologist from Craft Your Own we offered attendees the perfect autumn treat: A tasting session and a how-to on crafting a delicious sloe gin in just two weeks. 

Guided Tours 

Our daily 20-minute tours allowed buyers to get acquainted with our Home and Gift destinations. These tours offer a great way to learn about the benefits, highlights and must-see areas for buyers.

Discounts & Incentives

We elevated buyers' show experience with a Resorts World VIP card (up to 20% off at multiple outlets across from the NEC) and a special gift for those filled in our survey!

Taste the Joy with Joypots Tasting Sessions

Joypots offered visitors a delicious retail snack with a chance to taste and learn all about Joypots range of confectionery and savoury snacks.

Product discovery, made easy

Moda Fashion Café

The Moda Fashion Café was the perfect spot to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show floor and browse beautiful exhibitor collections within the lounge.

Gift of the Year Showcase

The Gift of the Year Awards are a respected industry accolade, aimed at recognising the best new products and inspiration across the gift industry each year. They showcased the most prestigious products in gifting at Autumn Fair 2024, giving buyers a chance to discover this year’s esteemed winners.

GCA Lounge: Thinking of You Week

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Thinking of You Week is a special occasion that harnesses the emotional power of greeting cards to inspire a wave of love, care, and happiness. This year buyers got involved by sending handwritten cards around the show! Visit their website for more information.
